Renal Scan with Captopril

• Indications:

1. Evaluate renovascular hypertension.

• Patient Preparation:

1. Don't take pressure medication.

2. Patient should be well hydrated and should void before the test begins.

3. Bring previous renal studies. Ex. ultrasound, ctscan.
